  About the role

  Support Conquest’s agricultural sourcing through supplier identification, field verification, product-quality monitoring and loading coordination. A practical, field-oriented role with regular travel to production areas, wholesale markets, cold storages, packing and loading sites.

  Key responsibilities

  • Identify farmers, traders, cold storages, packers and other suppliers.
  • Verify supplier capacity, stock availability and product condition on site.
  • Collect quotations, samples, photographs and supporting records.
  • Monitor sorting, grading, weighing, packing and loading.
  • Report shortages, damage or quality concerns immediately.
  • Submit timely field reports, photos and expense statements.

  Authority & accountability

  • Supplier selection, pricing and purchase commitments require management approval.
  • May collect quotations and support negotiations, but not confirm purchases independently.

  You’ll do well if you

  • Have field experience in agricultural sourcing, procurement or wholesale markets.
  • Are willing to travel frequently across Bangladesh.
  • Report accurately and work independently under pressure.
