Our Presence

Global SourcingIndentingImport Facilitation

Global Markets to Bangladesh

Connecting international suppliers with qualified Bangladeshi buyers through sourcing, indenting and import facilitation.

What We Do

Three services that bring global commodities into Bangladesh on dependable terms.

Global sourcing

We identify and qualify reliable international suppliers of grains, pulses, oilseeds, cotton and yarn, matching origin, grade and season to what Bangladeshi buyers actually need.

Commodity indenting

As indenting agent we represent international suppliers in Bangladesh — presenting offers, negotiating terms and coordinating contracts, while buyer and supplier deal directly on a transparent commission basis.

Import facilitation

From specification and documentation to shipment tracking and arrival, we keep every step moving so cargo clears smoothly and commitments on both sides are honoured.

Commodities We Handle

Bulk agricultural commodities and textile raw materials sourced from major producing regions worldwide.

Pulses

Lentils, peas and other pulses for Bangladesh's staple-food demand.

Wheat

Milling and feed wheat from established exporting origins.

Soybeans

Soybeans and meal for crushing, feed and food processing.

Canola / Rapeseed

Oilseed supply for Bangladesh's edible-oil and crushing sector.

Chickpeas

Desi and kabuli chickpeas to buyer-specified size and grade.

Raw Cotton

Raw cotton for Bangladesh's spinning and textile industry.

Yarn

Cotton and blended yarns for weaving, knitting and garment supply chains.

Other Commodities

Additional bulk commodities considered on buyer request and supplier availability.

How Indenting Works

A clear, four-step process from requirement to arrival — with Conquest coordinating both sides.

1

Requirement & specification

The Bangladeshi buyer defines commodity, grade, quantity, packing, delivery window and payment terms.

2

Sourcing & offers

We approach qualified international suppliers and present firm offers with origin, price basis and shipment schedule.

3

Contract & documentation

Buyer and supplier contract directly; we coordinate proforma invoice, L/C terms, inspection and shipping documents.

4

Shipment & settlement

We track loading, transit and arrival, support clearance queries and follow through until the transaction is settled.

The indenting model: Conquest acts as the supplier's authorised agent in Bangladesh. The sale contract is between buyer and supplier; our remuneration is a pre-agreed commission from the supplier — so buyers get direct-from-origin pricing with local representation and accountability.
